Chocolate Chip & Oat Cookies


Here is our delicious recipe for chocolate chip & oat cookies - they're semi healthy and so good you won't stop at just one!

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter)
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 cup plain flour
1 cup raw oats
1 cup of chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Cream together, egg, coconut oil, sugars & vanilla extract.

Add dry ingredients and mix together gently.

Add chocolate chips and stir through till mixed in.

Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.

Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
