What to Plant - SEPTEMBER - Australian Temperate Climate

Spring is HERE! Glorious SPRING! Oh I love spring, the air is warm, the sun is out longer, and the glut of summer is ahead! Tomatoes are what Four Chooks Farm is all about in September! We like to have about 30 tomato plants in the garden and this year went to The Diggers Club for some heirloom varieties! Last year we got our tomatoes from a hardware store and unlike other years of tomato growing - we didn’t have that amazing tomato smell filling our garden all summer! Disappointing! So this year we have 2 plants and have 28 seeds growing in a hot house, that will be ready for planting out in no time!
